Instead of posting a fake pregnancy and cravings on facebook, why don't you tell all of your friends to donate money to breast cancer research, or contribute to the medical care of a friend or family member undergoing treatment right now?  Doesn't that seem more effective and less offensive?

Facebook games are so unbelievably stupid, but this one especially pissed me off.

I have friends who struggle with infertility, and this particular "game" was hurtful to them. They actually prepared themselves to offer sincere congratulations while hiding their own anguish. Playing that particular joke on friends and family is just immature. Also, did you know that the treatment for breast cancer makes a woman infertile? So raising awareness about this awful disease by flaunting something a survivor can never have again is WRONG!

Ok, I think my rant is over now.

That was quite the rant! LOL! Yeah, I didn't like this game either. It just seemed cruel to my family to make them believe I was pregnant when I am not! So, I abstained. That was my answer. I'm too hot headed for rants, they get out of control easily. Just ask my kids. ;D

what are you talking about?

Emily, I e-mailed you.

I should have played the game and psyched everyone out, since I've been "fixed" as you call it :) Tubes tied, uterine ablated, no kids possible... and yet I'm 11 weeks and craving gummy bears! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

I might be going crazy right now.
