The circus is in town!

I saw this yesterday and did a double take, I had to circle back around so I could get out my camera phone.

It's a man on a motorized wheelchair that's hooked up to three wagons and he's holding a giant rainbow umbrella.

It was like being at the circus watching a little clown train.
